week 1: 10 mins or more exercise, 8 glasses of water/day, and daily logs. So far, doing well with my objectives. Must keep it up! emoticon

week 1 goals.... do my 10 mins plus all the extra I can do and drink 8 glasses of water a day......so far doing good.....still not sure where to go on the site to do things...but I'm learning

My Week 1 challenge is to do 10 minutes of strength training each day. I do a lot of cardio (walking and running) but not strength training. Time to start!
