I am excited to start this challenge. First, I know that I can actually accomplish this. Ten minutes is nothing in the grand scheme of my day. Second, I know that at the end of this month, I will have developed the habit of exercising so that hopefully it is no longer something I put off, dread or otherwise struggle mentally to choose to do every day. This is probably the most important step toward regaining my health.
