Liz, some one on spark people mentioned the fitbolt.com website. It is website that you can download as a google add on or just open the website, it gives you little 30 to 60 second exercises to do while working at a desk. Stretches, squats, etc. It gets you moving through out the day. You can also set it to notify you as often as you would like. I have mine set for every 10 minutes. I have actually enjoyed it and it reminds me to move more during my days at work. Hope it will help you.
