have you been doing 2 times of 30 minutes a day? don't ADD stress to your week...maybe start at a more gradual pace so you don't feel a failure if you don't do it every day...j maybe SHOOT for 3 x 30 minutes, but start by accomplishing the 3 times, and be less critical of your length of time at each shot... good luck and GREAT enthusiasm...
