wow that is a pretty challenging goal you have set yourself - I hope that you already do at least 3 x 10 minutes or something like that

Goal 1: 150 pounds - reached July 19th 2012
Goal 2: 145 pounds - reached 9/15/12 - reach by 5/30/2014
Goal 3: Maintain at below goal - preferably around 142
have you been doing 2 times of 30 minutes a day?
don't ADD stress to your week...maybe start at a more gradual pace so you don't feel a failure if you don't do it every day...j
maybe SHOOT for 3 x 30 minutes, but start by accomplishing the 3 times, and be less critical of your length of time at each shot...

Today is my first day on the challenge. My first goal is to exercise and/or move for 30 minutes at least 3 times a day. Second goal is to be less stress this week.
