Funny. I always knew my goal was to do at least 10 mins of exercise a day for a month. I guess the reason that is big for me is that I am working a lot of overtime lately. I am doing well with the 5k your way walking program but once I work overtime, I seem to stop and get out of the groove. I guess my goal is to exercise 10 mins on OT days to keep the streak and go back to a 1/2 hour workout or longer the other days.
