Got my 45 minutes in yesterday did a Group Kick class it was great, but my energy was low so feel like next time I will be able to give more effort.

First day - walked 25 minutes this am and another 15 this evening. The 25 was really a stroll through Fredricksburg, but it was a walk. The 15 was walking my dog, which I did after I signed up for the challenge. I can, and will, do better. . . last week before I joined the challenge I walked 4 miles for 4 days with my daughter and her husband (they walked/ran 6). I'm visiting them in Texas and can't wait to get home and start back on my usual routine. . .

My goal is more than 10 minutes per day, at least 15 minutes walking each day, even if it is 9:30 at night no excuses!

Today had lots of time and did Walk away the pounds DVD and ended up doing 3 miles YEAH!!
