I agree completely. I haven't been doing a lot of weight lifting recently...been having cardio problems and milage is more important to me than the weights while training for this half marathon. However, I did find a quick 15 minute set of exercises you can do at your desk and I have started to incorporate those to help round out the fitness until I can re-dedicate myself to the weights.
My goal is to meet the 10 minute challenge every day for the four weeks. I really like the fact that Sparks has resources for those of us that can't do regular exercises. Coach Nicole's seated videos are great.
