Thanks and I am starting to take time for myself. My kids are apart of my routine also though...my oldest son likes to race me around the yard from one point to another and we as a whole family go bike riding/walking.

Thanks :-) I didn't have a routine before so now its a total of about 30mins a day thanks to a few challenges I joined...and yes I do involve my kids, my older one races me around the yard from 1 point to another and we all go bike riding/walking together.
Day 2 of my 10 minutes of exercise a day and I'm doing good and feeling good! I'm going to attempt to fit in another 10 minutes a day but not going to beat myself up if it doesn't happen...after all my 3 kids keep me moving all day!
