No, it would be overkill if you were to do abs, abs, abs then arms, arms, etc. You're resting those muscles in between as you work on a different target area.

Wow--that is over kill. Aren't you suppose to give your muscles a day of rest between strength training. SP has me ST only M-W-F---cardio T-Th-S with Sunday off. Sunday I usually walk though shopping.

Hi I'm Sage and my goals for this challenge are: 10 mins of cardio a day and spend 10 mins per day working on one of my 3 target areas. My three target areas are toning my abs, butt and arms.
