I know this is towards the end of the week (I just signed up), but now is as good of a time as any to make a few goals for the weekend.
Friday: 10 minutes of calisthenics
Saturday: 10 minutes of calisthenics
Sunday: Gym for 1 hour and 10 minutes of Yoga
I've started my dieting towards the beginning of the week, which is a mix between the lemonade diet, for cleansing, and eating smaller portions, healthier foods and drinking mostly water. I've reduced my food intake and would like to focus on staying on this track for the remainder of the week.
