I too have had my problems keeping my streak alive but a lot lately has been health issues which am having checked out tomorrow so I know you can do it

Not getting old but getting better

Anything on the lips goes to the hips

Yes you will succeed. I completed this challenge a few weeks ago, but I still come back to it. It has great suggestions and the support is A1.

More than a month ago I joined this group and I didn't do very well. I got sick and spent 3 days in the bathroom so I quit. This time I am going to do this. I feel like last time my goals were a little to lofty. This time around I am going to go for the minimum just so I can get my exercise streak going. 10 minutes of exercise a day although I would like to do more I feel like if I set my goals low then I will be less likely to quit. I would also like to get out and run once a week. So these are my goals. This time I WILL SUCCEED!
