I apparently missed week one as far as joining but I did do 60 minutes of exercise each day so I think that counts and I hope you agree. So 60 minutes for 7 days makes 490 minutes per week for week one.
I started on 9/3 however finished up 9/11. I wasn't really consistant and am being completely honest. If I'm not honest then I won't get anywhere I am aiming to go. Live and learn. Week 2 will be better.
