My Goal is to do exercises at least 10 minutes everyday.

My Vision Statement:

To get off of my medications; Cholesterol statin, Hypothyroid levothyroxine,after effects from statin is hitting my quads and sharp pain in knees at time'

too get at my healthy weight at 146lbs, so I can look better and do more things; to be able work more active jobs, run a marathon, wear better clothes or more of a Varity, to feel better.

my goal is to do 10 minutes 3x a day (this is lower than what I had done before giving up. But I can find 10 minutes a couple times a day if I can't find 30 at once

On those days I'm not at the gym or running I want to, at the very least, walk for 10 minutes. Maybe play soccer with my dog for 10 minutes.
Do SOMETHING for at least 10 minutes so that every day I hit that for a minimum

My goal is to do at least 10 minutes of exercise everyday. I use to do at least 30-45 minutes at least 5 days a week but over the last year I have not done much at all due to starting a new job and letting it go by the wayside. I am hoping the baby steps of 10 minutes will get exercise back into my life consistently and that I am able to work my way up to the level I use to be at. Though I am just starting this challenge, I have already begun and been successful for 7 out of 8 days and I had forgotten how good it feels when I exercise. The 10 minutes (which is all I've managed yet to do) is really making a difference!!

Dealing with heart issues and have a job where I sit at the computer all day. My goal is to get in 10 mins (or more) but a min of 10 minutes EVERY day and increase my steps to a MINIMUM of 5,000/day. I need to get my stamina back and not give into the feeling life will never be the same.

My goalsister are: to make sure I do some low intensity exercise on my rest days even if its just a ten min walking workout; to build up to 10,000 steps a day (adding 250 steps a week) and to add strength training into my workouts.

-To take transportation back home and to walk 30 mins to the 1st bus stop. Instead of taking Uber.

Hi everyone -- I am not new to exercise and not new to SP by any means but it is summertime and with all of the kids at home the gym has become a bit of an out of reach thing and I have been so busy so I have put my fitness on the back burner. I figure if I can focus on *at least* 10 minutes I will be good!! So here I am!

My challenge goals:

Focus: Empty Sink - I love to cook, but when the dishes pile up, I don't. So my goal is that my sink is always empty. I wash as I go.

Health Habits: TriangleFree - My Polar tracker reminds me to get up and move every hour. If I don't, it puts a triangle on my daily graph. My goal is to get up and move so that I stay triangle free.

Exercise: Plank Challenge - I don't have any problem getting cardio in every day, but I'm bad about resistance training. So I'm doing a plank challenge I found on the Runner's World website.

Nutrition: Log Water - Again, I don't have any problem drinking enough water. I just have trouble remembering to log it! So my commitment is that I'm going to log as I drink.

Fire: Post Daily Quote - I'm going to find a quote that inspires me every day and post it to the community feed.

My goal is to add strength training to walking and bike riding to support and maintain mobility. I have a habit of 'taking a rest day' usually on Sunday. I want to make functional movement a part of every day. 10 minutes is a very good place to begin. I will count yesterday, July 1, as day one of this challenge. I walked 40 minutes after a 75 minute yoga class.

My general goal is to take Daisy for a walk (1 1/2 - 2 1/2 miles) every morning followed by yoga, strength training or the stationary bike each day.

I have taken Daisy for a walk every day this past week - we are walking between 1.5 and 2.5 miles each morning depending on weather. I did Yoga, Strength Training and the Stationary bike at least 4 times this week as well.

I want focus more during my exercise. my brain tends to go off on a tangent and i dont work as effectively or as hard as i can. i want to start out my routines with 10 minutes of focus- on form, breath, or range of motion. i want to use my time better and a few time i have decided to not do go to a session because i was already at 10000 steps or i did not have much time, i am hoping a 10 minute goal can easily turn to goals o 10 mintues of ceaning/organizing or help me start to get mroe stuff done earlier so i can be ready for bed earlier

Hello all!! I am starting today by committing at least 10 min of exercise a day. (really more than that but I am mentally tricking myself with just 10 min) My fiance and I are looking at a gym around the corner from us today and I joined a challenge on this forum "The 30 day jump start your workout" I am semi retired so I have oodles of time to accomplish a better healthier life style and would love love love to loose a minimum of 50 pounds.

My goal is to exercise 10 minutes a day, day or night and keep it up. I had a small foot injury that is healing, but I believe I can at least ride by stationary bike. When I hurt my foot a month ago, maybe from exercising too much, I just stopped exercising period. Now I cannot break my plateau without exercise.... emoticon

My goal is to do a minimum of 10 minutes exercise daily to establish consistency. I had started exercising by the end of the 21 day new member challenge, but then knee problems sidelined me. So if I can't weight-bear on it, I will do chair exercises.

My goal is to get at least 10 minutes of exercise in every day. Most days I exercise 60 minutes but I need to strengthen my core so I will concentrate on core exercises on days I am not spinning or rowing. emoticon

I had a 100 day streak January-March, 2017. Then a back injury sidelined me. I'm ready to start again.

My goal is to have an unbroken exercise streak. Some days I do more than 10 min. but on those days I can't, for one reason or another, 10 min. is doable and will help me keep my streak going. I once went 93 days! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
