I've been unofficially on the team for some time now, doing my ten minutes each day. It's easy when a person has dogs in the family, because the daily walk is a neccessity!! It's always nice when something you "have" to do is something good for you that you enjoy and look forward to!!!

Some days I get in more exercise than others, but, making sure I get 10 minutes in, no matter what is going on, will be helpful to me, especially on crazy days. Cardio with walking (since my sacrum is giving me trouble so jogging is out right now), and basic strength training.

It feels so good to have fitness goals I can handle. This week I'll be working in the garden to get it ship shape and ready for winter. I'll also be doing a 10 minute seated core strengthening routine and a short yoga routine that starts my day. I'm happy.

I want to start getting back to my pre-law school weight -- but, more importantly, my pre-law school level of activity/ability, which included runs of 3-6 miles, and constant strength training at the gym as well. I am so tired of my yo-yo diet and exercise routines. I go through spells of drastic workout and diet and then.....back to the couch and ice cream! I got rid of my Halloween candy on November 1st and decided to make my goal of "NO" sweets in November (processed sweets that is). I plan to eat a lot of fruit to fill the void.

I want to get back to exercising. I can tell the extra weight is making my knees hurt and I miss feeling that energy I have when I do work out or exercise.

Keep me accountable!

Every day may not be good but there is something GOOD in every day!

So I just started Thursday for exercise. I have started 30 min exercise each day and also a 10 min dog walk each day. I've kinda gone on and off exercise periodically, just gotta stick with it this time, things happen in life so I really need to hope by sticking with it and starting eat right and cutting out pop most times, trying not to buy pop so none at home. In past I seemed to get to a certain weight and couldn't get lower, but hopefully this time it will work. My mini goal is get to 150 lbs. Was a reality check when I got so bloated last wknd and had to do a total flush of my system and drank lots water and healthy foods and exercise made all bloat go away. Least tummy feels better now. Too much junk food past few months I guess. So i'm doing different spark people exercise and other videos i find online since free, yeah!

Yesterday was day one for me, since I already had joined the November challenge. For now, I plan to rake leaves every day for at least 10 minutes. Yesterday I set myself a 20 minute alarm and actually went an extra 5 minutes.

my work schedule is kinda crazy some 3 to 11 some 11 to 7 . I live on the fourth floor so any kind cardio is not going to work after work. .So my goal is to walk 20 to 30 minutes after work on my 11 to 7 days and get up 30 minutes early to do bike for same 20 to 30 min. starting this Monday as this is end of week for me.

My first week is almost done, and I had one simple goal for the week: to start a streak with exercise every day. I am glad to say that I have accomplished it! Six days straight, which is the longest exercise streak I've had in awhile. I almost didn't do a workout last night, but I wasn't ready to end the streak.

I'm joining this challenge to see what I am made of. This is the last week I am working with a trainer. I told myself I would continue with the workouts and use what he taught me. Ten minutes a day won't be hard to do. I know I can do this. I'm hoping I won't need to go back to him in a few months. SparkPeople has enough information and instructions for anyone to use. Here I go............

I don't have difficulty doing aerobics regularly, but I need toning and ST in my program.
My goal this week is 30 min. of walking or aerobics 5 days this week plus 10 min. of toning
every other day.

I'm taking the challenge to motivate myself into working out again. It has been three weeks since I stopped walking; it's time for me to honor my commitment to a healthy and vibrant me! My goal is to do a 10-minute daily exercise for one week. Then go week by week afterward for a total of four weeks. Breaking it down to a size I can commit to is key for me.

I will be doing 10 minute of exercises daily. At work my breaks are 15 minutes taking at least a 10 minute walk would be a good time to stretch my legs.

I need to get back in the groove after finally finishing grad school. Before grad school, I was regularly working out 3 times a week at my local gym and was feeling much stronger and healthier. Fast forward 4 years and my weight is back up, and I can't seem to get back in a routine with working out.

My sister is getting married in 8 months, and I would like to look better in the bridesmaid dress than I would right now. My goal for this challenge is to lose 2 pounds and to hit at least 5,000 steps per day for each day of the challenge.

I joined this challenge because I am having a really hard time with motivation lately. My goals are to get at least 10 minutes of exercise everyday, take at least 8,000 per day for a week, and drink at least 64 ounces of water everyday.
