I can not run, so definitely no marathon for me.
I am focusing on walking every day and hope - eventually - to move to a slow jog.
I have trouble breathing when I jog or run. I hold my breath till I go back to about
3 mph walk. I hope to be able to do a 5K / 3.1 mile walk/jog in the near future.

Though I am training to run a marathon, I am not counting those running days as my 10 minute of exercise. I am doing this challenge to get me back in the habit of doing my strength training I need for the marathon training. My goal is to make sure I get those in each week.

-Eat more fruits and vegetables

The fitness trackers suggest that 500 minutes is a good monthly goal to strive for... I believe I get more activity in that I realize a lot of times. During the day I am for the most part stuck behind a deskt, but in the evenings I'm up moving around pretty much constantly. I'm on a register, bagging grocery, pushing buggies, cleaning... When I'm home, I'm usually bopping around to my random playlists, cleaning, chasing pets, gardening, you name it... Never really been one who can sit idle to long without fidgeting. Don't do it as often as I should but, when I can I like to walk along the path at the park down the road from the house and just enjoy being outside. Sometimes I'm not really sure how to go about logging/tracking my activity is probably what hinders me from doing so, but that is my goal to start getting it tracked and adding to it.

I love the encouragement that is brought here it helps to continue on. To do just a little bit of exercise every day is better than not doing any at all. I continue to challenge myself to do at least 30 minutes of active exercise 6 days a week and 2 also do 10 minutes as well so if I cannot get 30 minutes in at least do 10 minutes. But I am challenging myself 6 days a week to do 30 minutes of active exercise and to be active 10 minutes a day everyday if that makes sense that is my goal for me

Since my husband passed away a year ago I have pretty much just sat around. The only exercise that I have done has been therapy after my knee replacement, which I had done a couple of months after my husband passed. In the last ten months I have gained 15 pounds. My goal is to do at least one 10 minutes of exercise a day. I know that I can do that and more because I'm at home all day most days. Next week may be harder because I'm going out of town with my church but I plan on doing at least 10 minutes a day while I'm gone.

A combination of physical obstacles and 'no time' have me increasing my sedentary habits. I need to re-establish a fitness lifestyle. I thought that a commitment of 10 minutes a day was very doable. Argh! This isn't going very well. Very hectic week including car issues, husband going out of town on short notice, birthday, and news that my job is being cut. On the plus side, I have NOT OD-ed on comfort food though I normally would have, tracked my meals and snacks, and maintained a good attitude as best I could. I think I'm going to redo Wk 1 and aim to do better the next time around.

I plan to start with a goal of 10 minutes each morning with the idea of moving to 10 minutes each hour during the work day and walking at least 3.1 miles. My food goals are to add more veggies in my diet, cut down on my meat consumption and add more fruit in my day. I also have a goal to drink one cup an hour.

The ultimate goal in all of this is to lose 40 lbs in 5 months.

My goal is to lose 10 pounds and keep it off. Started going to the gym yesterday and managed to put in 40 minutes on the elliptical machine. I would love to stay consistent this time around so i believe a small goal of 10 minutes a day should help me stay motivated!

As a complete newbie, my goal is to consistently do 10 minutes of exercise each day. More would be great but there is no reason not to be able to do 10.

My Goals for this challenge are to reach 160lbs and get my lip pierced. A lose of 15lbs.
Drink more water (still trying to get 64oz daily). 30 minutes of exercise daily. And be active on this site daily.

My goal for January was to develop a consistent exercise routine and I have happily been successful. I also completed a 30 day workout challenge yesterday so I was exercising 7 days a week with the strength training exercises in the challenge.

My new goal is to continue to exercise 6 days a week with cardio (30 minutes) and include strength training 3 times a week. I also want to switch up my workout routine more.

Haven't been on this challenge for a while but I have to start somewhere and this seems doable.

I am going to begin my Week 1 today (4th-10th). I am going to log my exercise into the daily tracker.

Already on it! Exercised for 40 minutes this morning. I plan to say in a week from now that I exercised at least 10 minutes every day!

I'm starting slow because I always burn out easy.

My goal is to just move everyday. 10 minutes on the treadmill or walking or kettlebells.

Today i did a 40 minute workout, so off to a good start!

My goal is to walk 10k steps per day. I usually do well during the week, but have troubles on weekends so I'm going to push myself to keep it up. My next goal is to do strength training 3x per week.

My goal is to get back into the exercise routine. I used to exercise, on average, five days a week for at least 45 minutes each session. This challenge will help me reach my goal.
