I plan to continue to do at least 30 minutes of strength training 2 to 3 times a week. I plan to walk at least 8,000 steps 5 to 6 days a week. I plan to move as much as I can each day. I teach a senior exercise class for 45 minutes on Mon and Weds mornings, which I will continue to do.

This challenge will get me to the gym, and that is the hard part. Once I get there, I'm usually good for 30-60 minutes. Throughout my 30s, I worked out 90 minutes per day; sometimes twice. Just don't have that time any more.

My goal is to do ten minutes a day during the work week, then extra on the weekends. Saturdays will most likely be six times around the court which is about a half hour walk and Sundays I will try to go for an hour long walk and go to the gym for some strength training.

I exercise by walking which comes out to about 10 minutes a day. My next step now is to exercise inside 10 minutes...everyday. I am inconsistent and trying to build a foundation to rely on.My goal is to be as heart healthy as I can be. So...my new mantra is "Keep moving forward"I need to do this for myself. Its also about learning to motivate myself to set and keep goals. I want to do this challenge for that reason as well.

My goal is to exercise using my ski machine during the winter instead of saying it's too cold, too dark, too wet, etc. 10 minutes a day, and then slowly build a lifetime habit which increases as much as I can till I get back to my healthy weight. I got overwhelmed during my kids high school years, but realizing the mistake I need to get back on track to health. This sight is so inspiring. And the advice is sensible not fad craze stuff. I really appreciate it. Nicole is great, I did her senior core workout. Becky's advice is science made simple, and very practical. I feel like I've got personal trainers right in the privacy of my own home. And then the Spark guys motivation, Amazing! thank you all, can't wait to tell you when I hit my goals. But it's going to take awhile for emoticon emoticon . so keep up the good work.

I need to be more consistent with exercise, especially on weekends.
I want to form a habit of being active every day, not just on scheduled "workout" days.

I have been doing a routine of flexibility and strengthening exercises for a while on and off. I suffer from fibromalgia and other chronic pains as well as recovering from about six major surgeries performed about 2 years ago.

I've just recently gotten to a point where I am able to be mobile again within the last year. It's been slow going, then I got hit with being diagnosed with diabetes. That stopped me in my tracks. But since Jan I've been trying to get into a routine and habit of getting my exercise.

So today I am signing on because I am serious about getting in shape so that when spring and summer comes I will be able to enjoy the outdoors again and not be tired or winded.

I've been taking it slow as my body has had to adapt from being immobile to mobile again. I was immobile for about 6 years so it is taking a while to retrain my muscle and build up the strength and stamina I need.

My goal: to reach 1 hour a day taking it in 10 min intervals. emoticon

My exercise goal for the next 4 weeks are to finish January with 60 minute workouts the last 3 days, then in February switch to 90 minute workouts. I was doing 30 minutes mostly, but that's not challenging enough. I love a challenge! And I'm going for the 2500 fitness minutes trophy for the month of February. I saw it while looking around, and I thought why not?

Going to start slow with some light aerobic activity and then ramp it up as time goes by. I may throw in some weight training as well.

Starting a 10 minute workout, which will be dancing with my granddaughter to Just Dance kids xbox 360 kinect game..Its a great workout. I think if I start slow I will be able to accomplish more because i wont burn myself out.

I am joining this challenge today.

I joined Curves today and my goal is to workout there 3 times a week and to do other exercise, walking at least 5000 steps per day, Walking tapes, chair dancing tapes and stretching at least 2 times a week. I have a fitbit tracker which will help me keep track of my number of steps. I will increase the steps by 1000 every month until I am consistently reaching 10,000 daily.

I can do this emoticon

Today is the first day of the rest of my Life.

My goal is to do at least 15 minutes of exercise 5 times a week. The past two weeks I have been working with a trainer 30 minutes twice a week. I am going to try to stay motivated on my own and save some money.

Hi, all! I did this challenge two years ago. It's one of my favorites. I decided to try it again recently, but I had to take significant time off because I hurt my shoulder and hamstring.
So, I restarted the challenge about a week ago.
New goals:
Workout 10 minutes a day, every day. If I know that I can't work out that day, try to make up the time on a different day.
