Hey Hey! I'm not on the "night shift" but I'm a night owl-- Up all the time. Studying or with my boyfriend- whatever. Its like I'm a vampire. Up all night.. sleep all day.. except for class. haha.

I find that when I'm up past 2 am I am constantly wanting to stuff my face, even when I'm NOT hungry.

This is going to sound cliche.. but I just drink water. Or chew gum. If I get caught up and busy in something I forget about my urge to snack.

Does anyone out there work midnight shift? emoticon
Do you find that it effects your progress?
It absolutely tempts me to eat junk food! emoticon
Lately I have been packing a huge lunchbox crammed with fruits & veggies just to keep myself away from the snack machine!!
I work with 99% men & vendors are always catering meals for us! emoticon
They always get really good stuff but not good for you stuff & it's tough!! emoticon
How do you resist the urge to eat junk food on ANY shift?
I'm looking for ideas!!!
