Does anyone out there work midnight shift?
Do you find that it effects your progress?
It absolutely tempts me to eat junk food!
Lately I have been packing a huge lunchbox crammed with fruits & veggies just to keep myself away from the snack machine!!
I work with 99% men & vendors are always catering meals for us!
They always get really good stuff but not good for you stuff & it's tough!!
How do you resist the urge to eat junk food on ANY shift?
I'm looking for ideas!!!
