Joining the challenge, but except for curls and rows, I'm just using body weight. I still can't do even one proper pull-up, so body weight is going to be a challenge for me for a long time, but three times a week will make me strongER.

I have been traveling and running around -- but no more excuses! Today I began the first 30-minute session. Two more sessions to go within a week. I LOVE this challenge. The guilt of not doing it sits in the back of my head all the time. NO MORE GUILT!!! Woo Hoo!!

Okay, I'm with you on this one. I, too, have neglected strength training - even though I know how important it is. So, beginning this week - 30 minutes three times each and every week. It will all pay off for us - and we will indeed be stronger as we enter 2014.

I have neglected strength training for many years! Now we all know how important it is not only for burning calories & losing weight, but more importantly for building muscle and being stronger. This challenge starts today and goes through January first 2014. By then it is hoped that ST will have become a habit and the results will encourage us to continue. Here it is: 30 minutes 3 times each and every week of either free weights, kettlebells, stretch bands or Nautilus weight work. I'm trying for Mon-Weds-Fri. evenings. Lets do this!
