I have neglected strength training for many years! Now we all know how important it is not only for burning calories & losing weight, but more importantly for building muscle and being stronger. This challenge starts today and goes through January first 2014. By then it is hoped that ST will have become a habit and the results will encourage us to continue.
Here it is: 30 minutes 3 times each and every week of either free weights, kettlebells, stretch bands or Nautilus weight work. I'm trying for Mon-Weds-Fri. evenings.
