This challenge begins January first. This time we wil focus on meeting our cardio minutes (or Strength training minutes for the three month period. I have set a goal of 120 minutes each week or a total of 26 hours on my eliptical by April first. emoticon
Maybe you want to track stionary bike minutes emoticon or treadmill minutes emoticon or ST minutes. At the end of each week we will be posting our minutes for all to see.
