Here's Berkhan on supplements:

I currently take a multi and fish oil. I may do creatine if I ever need to bulk (doubt it). Also you forgot to note caffeine, I know you use it. I take 50-100mg in pill format in the morning, and usually drink a cup of tea at work, though I'm told tea bags have pitifully little caffeine.

I do use brotein powders sometimes but that's extremely rare now and I doubt it will increase that much in the future.

I came across Lyle McDonald's take on supplements. I was happy to see that his opinions are pretty much in line with what I've come across in research so far.

Currently taking a high quality multi, creatine, protein powder (as needed), vitamin D, fish oil (as needed). My "Esoterica" supplements are green tea catechins and Bacopa Monneri (which I believe I'll not be buying again). I also take some psyllium husk caps as needed.
