I didn't wear mine today but yesterday I shocked myself with 13,000! Got the kids at work involved and we walked around the gym.

My goal for now is 1,000 steps a day. Today I know I didn't do it but did take our steps 6-7 times. If I go out shopping, I can do more esp. when I have a cart to walk with.
Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

My goal is to try for 500 steps. I even got a ped-o-meter so I can keep track. I'd like to know how every one else is doing on this.
