I will challenge myself to lose between 3 and 5 lbs. this month. I will do cardio every day starting yesterday (Nov. 2).

Weekly I will:
1) Find and cook a new healthy recipe;
2) Walk at least 1 mile outdoors at least once
3) Create one new healthy snack.
4) Do strength training (core mostly) at least 3 days

3.THROW ANY LEFT OVER HALLOWEEN TREATS IN THE TRASH
4. FIND A COMMUNITY OR CHURCH SOUP KITCHEN AND VOLUNTEER
5. BUY A NEW TOY AND DONATE IT TO TOYS FOR TOTS OR BUY A DOG/CAT TOY AND DONATE IT TO PAWS OR PA SPCA
6. BRING OLD BLANKETS AND COATS TO A LOCAL SHELTER
7.SIGN UP FOR A CLASS AT THE Y, A GYM, OR COLLEGE
8. TAKE A CPR CLASS
9. GO TO ANYSOLDIER.COM AND SEND A CARE PACKAGE
10.DONATE YOUR OLD CLOTHES TO SALVATION ARMY OR AN OTHER LOCAL CHARITY -- ESPECIALLY WINTER COATS
