Hello Friends...(FYI...in an effort to save time..I'm copying this post for my other teams)
Sorry I have been so absent. Life (volleyball camp 3 days a week all month) and Farm Town (lol) have snatched me away from SP but with school looming ahead and all the changes that will bring, I am recommitting myself! I have been eating fairly consistently but only exercising (C25K or walking) 3 days a week with little or no strength training. The pool is cool and so is the weather so that has put a damper on my late night swims.
This weekend is my 30th Class Reunion...so let's just say that the numbers probably won't be as good as they should but on Monday I am in 100%.
I hope everyone is well...No way to catch up with everyone..just gonna try to stay caught up now! Have a fabulous Thursday.
Starting today I am putting more gratitude in my attitude!!

I'm with you on that thought SPARKME... I've got to see that scale moving again... Hopefully another go round of C25K training starting on Monday will give me back a bit of my exercise excitment that I've been lacking since I finished the training the first time... here's to progress the rest of the month!!!
