WOW Shelly! That's a GREAT idea. I need to get with Wendy and see what she's thinking.. obviously we are running behind this month!
I had family in town from Virginia over the weekend and didn't have a chance to work on it, and Wendy was still "out of the loop" recovering from last week's meetings!

Hopefully we will have one soon!

How about a May Flowers Challenge?

For instance every week we have a flower and for every letter of the flower we have to do a corresponding exercise, 20? (50?) per day in addition to your regular routine.

Let me see...

Daisy:

D: Dumbell Squats
A: Aerobic Exercise (jump rope, high knees, jumping jacks.....)
I: Isometric Bicep Hold with Towel
S: Single Leg Bridge Ups
Y: Your Own Challenge....what's your weakest part? Work it!

What do you think?

How about using SP's Spring into Shape Bootcamp challenge as a baseline or something and then adding to it? Or is it too much to ask to have everyone join that team and watch the videos as indicated?

I'm ramping up my ST too and hopefully the mileage since I've got a half relay in a month!

A bootcamp sounds fun!

I need to work more on my ST-ing. I've been doing it a lot more then I used to but still not enough.

This is the type of challenge I'm doing right now on another team. We choose 5 exercises and pledged a total for 5 weeks that we would do on a certain day of the week. So for example, this was my bicep curls challenge:

bicep curls pledged: 300
pledge divided by 5: 60
March 31 actual: 92
April 7 actual: 60
April 14 actual: 28
April 21 actual: 90
April 28 actual:
total to date: 270

So if I do just 30 more today, I'll have reached my pledge.

Maybe some type of challenge like that?

Hope your daughter comes up with something too.

I'm not very creative, either Suezette! That's why Wendy has been doing the challenges! LOL
Da** her stupid annual sales meeting making her being away at the beginning of the month!

I am thinking we need something kind of "bootcamp" like, maybe incorporating running mileage and/or fitness minutes.

Maybe I should ask my youngest daughter.. she is the creative one!
