WOW Shelly! That's a GREAT idea. I need to get with Wendy and see what she's thinking.. obviously we are running behind this month! I had family in town from Virginia over the weekend and didn't have a chance to work on it, and Wendy was still "out of the loop" recovering from last week's meetings!

For instance every week we have a flower and for every letter of the flower we have to do a corresponding exercise, 20? (50?) per day in addition to your regular routine.

As a dietetic student, I tend to think of nutrition from a scientific view point. Not in a "fad diet" or pseudoscience kind of way.
I need to work more on my ST-ing. I've been doing it a lot more then I used to but still not enough.
This is the type of challenge I'm doing right now on another team. We choose 5 exercises and pledged a total for 5 weeks that we would do on a certain day of the week. So for example, this was my bicep curls challenge:
bicep curls pledged: 300 pledge divided by 5: 60 March 31 actual: 92 April 7 actual: 60 April 14 actual: 28 April 21 actual: 90 April 28 actual: total to date: 270
So if I do just 30 more today, I'll have reached my pledge.
