SNAP! Two whole months went by and I have not check in. Been crazy but I have been doing pretty bad with the night snacking. Finally I am back to strength training.

Week of August 11th

I know I am talking to myself, however, I feel more accountable by writing it down.
I am doing okay with list except for weight training, which is my favorite, I just can't get into it at home. And when I go to work there is no time for the gym. Cardio could be walking or dancing even play on the Wii. I have weights and resistance bands but just dont feel motivated. And it was strength training that let me lose inches too!! i looked much better ladt summer.
Oh another confession...I have been
over snacking again mostly at night. No I am not hungry in case you are wondering.

I feel so alone. SOS!!

Maybe I should blog but do tired of my negative whining blogs!!

I am doing fine. I messed up with tracking adding foods twice and in wrong areas so I tried to fix it up but so confused if I corrected all. I am no really sure if I went over or not. But before I fixed it, it said I had over 4000 calories?!?!?! Ugh!!

I am taking Zumba this morning. Phew!! Hot to be active.

I am restarting after a month and a half of giving up and being down in the dumps. Long story short... been really struggling at work and have come to a crossroads. Haven't had any time or energy. Came to the realization that this situation will kill me if I let it. So, here it is. Not pretty, but true.

Take a multiple vitamin Daily. no, digestive issues
Get outside even if it is only for five minutes. check
Stand instead of sitting for at least five minutes. check
Huddle with team or Visit the Coffee Hut Huddle. not yet but plan to

Went over on Sunday and Monday. Did great on Tuesday. As for list checking off pretty much everything.

Doing okay...except have not be keeping withing calorie range...a lot of snacking. But hey that is not on list huh?
