Yesterday day 7... And I did not do well not all challenges were met like: I never wrote a blog. I was unable to keep non caloric beverage to 2 or less. Our host does not believe in diet soda. And water was, well, to over done with lemon and lime. Odd because I enjoy adding lemon or lime to my water too. Hard to explain.

Challenge 1 - Huddle & take a multiple vitamin Daily YES
Challenge 2 -Visit the Coffee Hut 3x's weekly (3 of 3)
Challenge 3 Read blog &/or visit their spark page (2 of 3)
Challenge 4- Write a blog: (0 of 1)
Challenge 6 - Take a walk for 15min. 3 X's a week. (1 of 3)
Challenge 7 Get Active 3-4xs per week (3 of 4)
Challenge 8 Drink 2 or less caloric beverages per day. yes!
Challenge 9 - vegetables & fruits: ate 4 or more per day. finally back on track!

I have stepped it up a notch...Kevyn and Kara are coming home in 6 weeks and having their 'wedding' ceremony. They got married at the courthouse a year ago and now that he is back they are having a ceremony/reception. I can't buy a dress (too many other expenses going on) so I am borrowing one from a dear friend...It fits, but a little snug so I need to lose a couple pounds so I can sit and breath

so this challenge is helping me stay focused!! emoticon Anne!!
