5 - Visit a fellow team mates 3 out of 3 emoticon
6 - Write a blog: Oops!

7* - Take a walk for 30min. 3 X's a week 3 out of 3 emoticon
8 - Strength train 3X's weekly:3 out of 3 emoticon

9 - Drink only two or less caloric beverages per day. emoticon

10 - Eat your vegetables & fruits: try eating 4 or more per day emoticon

7* - Take a walk for 30min. 3 X's a week. Warm-up 5 min, Walk Briskly 20 min., Cool down 5 min either on the treadmill, track, or other venue -- Swimming for an hour emoticon

9 Drink only two or less caloric beverages per day. This will help you drink more water!!! (Caloric beverages such as: alcohol, soda, coffee, tea, juices are limit to two) a 3/4 Gal of water .. (only a 32 cup of Strawberry Lemonade :D) emoticon emoticon

10 Eat your vegetables & fruits: try eating 4 or more per day. (can include soups, smoothies & juices. However the real thing is ALWAYS best.
