How do you push through those "I don't care" moments, days, and even weeks? (I'm sure I'm not the only one who has them.) I was only 4lbs away from my weight goal a little over a year ago, but now I'm about 10lbs away from it. Lately, I've had more "I don't care" moments (and some have carried into days) than I'd like to admit and have even come close to giving up on living the healthy life altogether. Don't worry! I haven't given up. For one I can't afford to buy an entirely new wardrobe - again. But lately I can't seem to push through and find the determination to keep pressing on. Help, anyone?
