My 3 biggest challenges are;
1. Depression - unable to finish things I start.
2. Disabled - back injury.
3. Being an Emotional Eater.

My 3 strengths are:
1. Jesus Christ
2. God
3. The Word,
ok that may all count as one! lol
2. The desire to want to lose the weight.
3. Knowing that I can do it if I put my mind to it.

Thanks for this, I hadn't really thought much about the pros and cons of it all so now I at least I am more aware of what I am fightning against.

Thank you,

Ms. Roby

3 biggest challenges - what do you see as your biggest obstacles in meeting your goals?

1. Time management
2. I am a super picky eater
3. Staying motivated - I am great at *getting* motivated, not so great at *staying* motivated. I am hoping this changes as I start to see results, both on the scale and in the way my clothes fit me.

3 strengths to be maximized - what about you or your environment can you draw on to help you succeed?
1. My daughters love outdoor activities - especially walking and bike riding...built in exercise buddies (plus I'm starting them with healthy living habits)
2. I enjoy journaling (and am starting to get the hang of keeping a food journal)
3. The support I am finding here at SP!

Excellent response! I also have a hubby who is not quite on board, but he does eat what I cook - it might be 2 servings worth, but at least I don't have to cook separate meals. Take advantage of Sparkpeople's resources - they should give you some clues on how to overcome those challenges! Happy Sparking!!!
