Here is my making it through to the New Year challenge for you! We will be starting officially in October but starting in September is good practice!!!
3 Things to challenge yourself on!
1. 500 monthly spark points- most are already doing this but in case you're like me and slacking get tracking!
2. 1000 monthly fitness minutes! We all like the trophies right!!! If this is no problem for you shoot for 2000!
3 Try a different workout 1x per week. (take a class, strength train if you don't, go dancing something to shake up the routine!!!
Always remember striving and struggle always precede success even in the dictionary!
The only thing that can stop you is you!
