Ok - so i'm totally JUST doing this... so, here's a break down of what I've got in....

May 30th-June 5th:2.73 miles
June 6th-12th: 2.2 miles
June 13th-19th: 3.7 miles

I know it's not much but I'm just getting back into things. The good news is that I'm only running 3Ks now!! :)

Last week was our final week of school so I only made it to the gym once. 2.55 miles total. As soon as I'm done with my coffee here, I'm heading to the gym to improve on that total for this week. :)

Hopefully you can get some good mileage in but getting back to non injured is most important! If you have to take off the month of running post your swimming, biking, walking, kayaking, whatever you can do mileage and minutes that way you won't be left out!

Post your mileage totals weekly (at the end of your training week I know not everyone puts in their long mileage the same day!!!If your week starts on Sunday or Monday you can use the 30th and 31st! Lets rack up those miles turtles.

If you want to post daily you can--you can keep it in one post and just hit the edit my post button.
