Thanks for posting this. I just got my first running book and did my first walk/jog today. Fabulous! I didn't push too hard (2.6 miles) and alternated walking with a few jogging intervals. Slow and steady.... When I got home I realized I had no idea how to stretch afterward! Guess I've never done anything before that required a post-workout stretch
