I also read in one book that stretching does nothing to help, so I guess it's all about who you ask! I'm going to try out the above link and go from there.

Thanks for posting this. I just got my first running book and did my first walk/jog today. Fabulous! I didn't push too hard (2.6 miles) and alternated walking with a few jogging intervals. Slow and steady.... When I got home I realized I had no idea how to stretch afterward! Guess I've never done anything before that required a post-workout stretch emoticon

Keep the great info coming, and I'll add anything I see that's helpful.
