drop a few and gain a little more strength
My strength is in the LORD, Maker of Heaven and Earth.
I'm going to keep taking my 10,000 steps for six days a week. I'm also trying not to eat when I get home from work on evenings, I'll simply have a hot beverage and call it a day. I need encouragement to accomplish the last goal. Thanks guys
I haven't been logging my food as much this past week as I'd like so this week's challenge will be "If I bite it, I write it!"
