Consistently appearing are:
Big bowl of chunky fruit salad - for when I hanker for something sweet and a bowl of a dozen hard-boiled eggs, for when I'm peckish during the day.

Frozen veggies of many varieties, fresh veggies and fruit already cut up and in easy to grab containers, turkey ham, whole wheat thin bread, light yogurt, skim milk, hummus, Shredded Wheat N Bran cereal, brown rice, wheat pasta, simple tomato sauces and lots of salad makings.
