Not sure if there was a day 3 challenge, but did 15 mins on my elliptical yesterday, drank 10 cups of water WHOOO HOOOO! and then went out last night and built and outfitted a stall for my new lambs, that took nearly 2 hours....I count that as working out...lol.

I walked on treadmill for 30 minutes. I have been only doing 20 minutes occasionally. Because of the challenge, i did 30 and it felt unbelievable. I wanted to get off that treadmill so badly at the 20 minute mark, but, because someone challenged me to stay on for 30, I did it!!! yeah!!emoticon I can't wait to see another challenge.

Drank 10 cups of water and mopped my kitchen and steam cleaned the carpets which counted as my exercise!emoticon

Hi Everyone, Hope you are all having a wonderful day/week. I did one hour of strength training with personal trainer group today. It was really hard today. It was hot and muggy and I was very tired but I did it. It will get easier, I know it has too.
Food was good as well, on to my 14 glass of water.
Have a great night and we will see you all tomorrow.

My husband, dog, and I found out about a new nature park close by, so went there and hiked the loop trail. Took us 40 minutes -- woods, hills, meadows, streams, and river. Gorgeous!

Did 25 mins on my elliptical and then a set of squats, lunges, sit ups and push ups.....:) Extra note..I notice a lot of people posting the water as a goal too...so figure I'll hop on board...i did get in my 8 glasses on June 2nd) Great job all!!!!

I did the first week's workout for C25K on an incline. It was pretty tough for me, but I was watching Maxim's 15 best bikini bodies on E! while I did it. Fantastic motivation!

physical therapist came today and I did 4 different leg exercises 60 reps per leg w/ 5lbs weight on each leg + 20 min on my gazelle + 20 push-ups (wall push-ups)

I have not technically done it yet but I will be going to Zumba class tonight for an hour it runs from 8pm to 9pm. Beleive it or not I sleep like a rock afterward too.

At 7:30am, for 20 minutes lifted and moved my new Hutch and Base with my husband and then again at 9am moved it for another 20 minutes. Yay for my 30 minutes. FYI, the bed of a HomeDepot Truck that you rent is a heavy one to life and drop down. :-) But I did it :-)

I have practice tonight for t-ball. Chasing those 5 year olds is a work out!!!! I walk up and down stairs all day. So far it's over 500 steps. After t-ball I have to do my Biggest Loser Last Chance workout DVD. That's almost 30 minutes of butt kicking!

I ran at a speed of 8 mph for 30 minutes and then walked at a pace of 15 mph for 10 minutes. And I feel great...Did I mention that I cleaned the carpetby hand for about twenty minutes to get my pup's muddy footprints off before the hubby got home?!
