Hi there, Warriors! Feel free to leave a comment in this thread and give us your feedback on any of today's challenges or action steps!
We just LOVE hearing from you!
COUNTDOWN TO 4TH OF JULY: 28 DAYS TO GO !!!
IT'S SPREAD-THE-SPARK SUNDAY, TEAM, AND IT'S A REALLY GREAT DAY TO INSPIRE, MOTIVATE, AND LEND MORAL SUPPORT TO A SPARKFRIEND, FAMILY MEMBER, OR FRIEND!!
DID YOU KNOW THAT YOU CAN BE THE ONE PERSON TO MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN SOMEONE ELSE'S LIFE?
THOUGHT-PROVOKING TIP OF THE DAY
Have you ever come to a crossroads in your healthful journey where you could have either stayed on course or gone in a completely different direction? Have you been pulled out of a potentially downward spiral by someone else? What kind of impact has that person had on your journey? Do you make it a point to pay it forward and spread the spark to someone in need of it?
Today, take some time to make a positive difference in someone's life. Lend a helping hand, lend moral support, or lend a listening ear and understanding heart. Community is such an important part of who we are and can make all the difference in the quality and outcome of our lives.
