the great thing about "crunch" is no judgments is there motto! And so far so good. I wonder if my husband feels like he will be judged considering I am younger and more in shape than him. But honesty, I was chubby as a kid and that is how I feel no matter what I weigh...I don't like to compete and sometimes at the gym it can feel that way. Thanks for sharing w/me. It's always nice to hear what other people are going through. Have a great day!

I really see that as a valuable tool to use toward my goals. I am a little intimidated by the fact that even though I have lost 40 pounds and am out of the very obese range, I am still not out of the obese range. The thought of putting myself in a gym where I can be judged. I still remember the pitting look from a gym member years ago that stops me from joining again.
O well I walked off 40 now all I have to do is walk off 40 more, then I will be ready to join a gym.
