Yes but I also like hummis. But it is better to make it with no oil.

Sing to the Lord a new song, for he has done marvelous things:... Psalm 98

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though... we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day my day....So fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. for what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal

Has anyone tried the Laughing Cow cheeses? I just recently picked some up, and they are scrumptious! They're little wedges that spread nicely on crackers, and they only have 35 calories per wedge. So far I've tried the garlic & herb version and the blue cheese version - both are tasty. emoticon

Who I am really keeps surprising me.

I just read the ingredients and I purchase the one that reads Peanuts and salt!
I put it on a 30 calorie rice cake and have a nice little protein snack or spread it on my asian pear.

I'll give it a try...my kids absolutely love peanut butter!

My big find recently was the bagel thins and sandwich thins...I really try to find ways to cut down on our carbs, but not feel too deprived...
