I created a reward plan and printed it out to hang in a spot where I will see it every day. For every 5 pounds I lose, I will get myself a small reward. I love reading and crafting so I alternated buying a new book and buying new craft supplies. I also set mid-way and final rewards. At the mid-way, my hubby and I will have a romantic date without our children. I still have not set my final reward. Because of our financial situation, I tried to keep my goals below $20. I will have to save up some money to spend on my BIG reward. I am thinking about buying new clothes as my final reward, because by then, I will need them! :)
