Whenever I see something that I'd like but is a bit too expensive or takes too much time or is too many calories, I add it to my treat list. Then I make a list of goals (big and small) that I continually add to. Whenever I reach one, I allow myself one thing from the list. The last goal I reached was obtaining my Master's degree. I rewarded myself to a dinner out with my family at a local restaurant I wanted to try. The next thing on my list is a set of Wen hair care products.
