Seriously, good job taking the steps to get things under control. It's so hard to deal with stressful times, but you'll be able to deal with them even better when you're feeling better. I have found this program is slow and steady, and I feel constant improvement. And I feel better, stronger, and better able to deal with stress - more emotionally level, I guess. I hope you feel the same too!
I think the sandals are a great idea. Then you'll have to get out somewhere non-food related to enjoy showing them off!
