As I work towards my goal of getting healthier, I treat myself along the way with little things, like a new article of clothing or a healthy treat, like a low-cal snack or beverage. But there are big treats on my list that I use for significant goals, they include ziplining (check!), massage, a new tattoo and in the end, a vacation to somewhere I can lounge by the pool in a swimsuit!
Rather than aiming for being perfect, just aim to be little bit better today than you were yesterday.
