I need to work on the way I treat myself. Up until very recently treat were food--ice cream, a dinner at my favorite Italian place, even chocolate milk. I learned this after years of training, so I am not beating myself up at all.
I don't set up treats as often as I should either. I am working on focusing a little on myself instead of everyone around me.
That all being said, I met my goal weight 2 weeks ago. My best friend (who is 15 lbs from her goal weight and has lost 120 lbs!) and I went to the spa and went shopping for new clothes, which we both really needed. We had a terrific time and ate pretty spark-ley too! It was great.
