I deserve a treat because I stopped my weight gain before I gained back the pounds I previously lost. I have a common habit of slowly gaining the weight back after I lose it. I think it is because I do not have something to strive for - a big motivator this time was my friends coming to town for a concert. My new goal is to keep a motivator - swim suit season, fall travel, holidays, whatever - to stay on track. I also write down my weight each day. This is a motivator for me by itself. If I gain, then I know I have to pay more attention to my diet that day. My treat will be a new swimsuit for my better shape! I am not in perfect shape, but I am better than before and that deserves recognition.
