Everyday we are faced with challenges and choices. Obviously, we feel better when we are true to ourselves and treat ourselves well. Eating healthy and exercising is a treat to our bodies. It is not always easy to make good choices everyday; however, everyday our bodies depend upon us for nourishment and fitness. My reward for healthy living will be felt within myself. My back will not hurt as much (I have a slipped disk), I will have more energy and I will feel more confident knowing I am taking the steps I need to be within a healthy weight range.
