I work incredibly hard everyday to find peace within myself. I believe that true happiness comes from within and can not be touched by extrenal factors. External factors can only enrich this happiness. I work everyday to find that happiness and enrich my life. I work to find peace with my body and to appriciate my inner and outter beauty. I read books that enrich my life with philisophical understandings of life and how to go about it. I stay true to myself always. My workout routine is yoga and i do it to stay fit and for inner harmony but not so other people can appriciate my body. I do it so I can see the difference my hard work is doing for me. I do it for the accomplish and to better myself as a person. I strongly believe that in order to be good to others you must be good to yourself first. For all the hard work I put into my body and myself as human being, I deserve a treat.
