It sounds like you need one as much as I do....maybe more! Thanks, I know it will work out, but there is a lot to juggle and make work in the meantime! God always has a plan for us though and never closes a door without opening a new one. Sometimes I wish he did it quicker though! lol

My husband was out of work for 3 years, so even though I don't like being home alone when he is on the road with his long haul trucking, I'm grateful that he has a job! Best of luck to you. It is hard and you most certainly do deserve a treat!

I started SP at 138 lbs in October 2010. My goal weight was supposed to be 125, which I reached in January 2011. I have stayed at 125 (give or take a few pounds) ever since.

Well, everyone deserves a treat from time to time. I am feeling quite worthy of a treat these days though. This is the first time I have stuck with a diet/fitness plan and seen results, even better I feel like I am creating a healthy lifestyle for not only myself, but my family as well. There is plenty of resistance from the hubby and kids, but I kept pushing forward and we are all benefiting from it. Everyone is feeling like they have more energy, attitudes and moods are improving, and motivation to get up and do things is increasing slowly but surely! I personally have been getting up at 6:30 every morning to get my workouts in and some housework done before everyone else wakes up, faithfully track my food, drink my water, and very rarely indulge in things I know I shouldn't have, if I do I limit it to a small amount. I have lost about 8 pounds over the last month and 8 inches just in the last week! Jillian Michae's 30 Day Shred has been kicking my butt into shape, and I deserve a treat!
Normally I would indulge by having a special drink from Sonic, or eating a meal out somewhere. If I eat out I still try to choose something that isn't too over the top calorie/fat wise and usually only eat half and save the other half for another day. I usually do some extra exercise that day and eat lighter the rest of that day too. Not indulging is tough when dealing with a 2 yo, trying to quit smoking, and dealing with my husband's recent layoff and wondering where the money is going to come from for bills next month. I know there are plenty of people out there dealing with the same or even worse, but I definitely feel like I am deserving of a treat about now!
