I joined SparkPeople on April 1 and am sticking to my goals to track every meal and every snack. I have increased my exercise and added strength conditioning. And I am blogging every morning as a way of keeping my focus on my goals planning my day. And yes, I am getting results. I have lost weight, I have more energy and I think I look a bit more toned too.
