...changing my lifestyle is hard work! By giving myself something fun to work towards each week (like some luxurious lotion, bubble bath, or a new shirt!) I motivate myself to stick with my healthy goals! Before I know it I'll be at my goal weight and it won't have felt like torture to get there!
