Because I consistently plan my meals and exercise. I have been on this journey to great health for over 16 months! In that time I've lost 48 lbs and have lost over 40 inches off my body. I never miss a workout session and if you looked at my calendar on my desk, you would see my workouts written on it - not just my time with my trainer, but my "at home" workouts. I bring a huge sack of food to work everyday fill with fruits, lean turkey, string cheese, yogurt, salad and soup every day. I'm not always perfect, but this consistent habit of planning my daily food and exercise has been key to my success. I'm only about 14 lbs from my goal and I will get there!
I do reward myself everytime I can - without food! I love to shop now and don't miss a chance to get something new for myself or to get a manicure or pedicure to treat myself!
