I have learned so much through SparkPeople, and have gained a much better positive outlook on things. I've learned that when I'm feeling down that I CAN get back up. If I find myself feeling negative, I am able to brush it off and think of something positive. Sometimes mind over body really works.
When I'm feeling positive in one area of my life, it's amazing how other areas of my life seem positive too. Negativity only brings on more negativity. Who needs it?
I strongly believe in the little things in life. i.e. sleeping an extra hour in the morning, laying in bed and reading a good book (The Spark for example), laying in the sun.
So what little treat would I give myself as a reward? I'd probably go for taking a long, hot shower, putting my legs up, watching one of my favorite TV shows, and enjoying a glass of wine.
