I've been tracking food for two months and am now participating in the boot camp challenge (faithfully)!

it will keep me going. 15 pounds over weight doctor says I should be. Have gone up and down 5 pounds but can't seem to reach the goal. Would chuck it all in but actually feel great at current weight with all I"m doing. Treats help keep me motivated to keep exercising, improving my eating habits and tracking. Try to rarely use food as a treat. My treats include taking a nap, pedicure, books, facial...anything not involving food!
