I deserve a treat because this is the first time in a long time that I am doing something for me and sticking to it. I am always giving so much to others in my life by taking care of the kids, my husband and other family and I very rarely just take a little time to do something for myself. My workout time is a chance for me to give back to me. I reward myself for the little goals by taking a little time to mysekf to watch my favorite movie or read a new book, things that I rarely have time to do. But my biggest reward will be this summer when I get to show off the new me to family and friends on our summer vacation!
